For Kitchen scraps, there are a number of ways to prepare the scraps for your worms.
I will show you a couple of ways.
First way is to chop up the scrap.
I am using the peel from a half of a banana.
Chop the peel into small pieces,
then bury it in your composting bucket.
Another way to prepare kitchen scrapes is to blend them.
In this example I am using potato skins (uncooked).
I put them into a blender cup, add water and put the cup in the sink (in case it overflows or I miss use the blender) (and I did so the slash was in the sink and not on top of the counter).
Blend any plant kitchen scraps with water and pour the mixture into your composting bucket.
